The event is part of the Australian Government's action to implement the 'Roadmap for Respect: Preventing and Addressing Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces' (the Roadmap), developed in response to the Respect@Work Report.

Attorney-General and Minister for Industrial Relations, Michaelia Cash will deliver the opening address and discuss the theme for the event, Influencing positive change.

The second day of the forum is for WHS authorities and inspectors from all national, state and territory regulators to focus on best practice regulation and supporting businesses and workers to understand their WHS duties and obligations in relation to sexual harassment.
