Reappointments to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal

The Morrison Government is pleased to announce 16 reappointments to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

The Tribunal serves an important function of providing independent merits review and the Government is committed to ensuring the Tribunal has the resources it needs to provide high quality merits review with minimum delay.

The Government has made the following reappointments:

One full-time senior member:

  • Ms Josephine Kelly

Three full-time members:

  • Ms Denise Connolly
  • Mr Brendan Darcy
  • Mr Paul Windsor

12 part-time members:

  • Mr David Barker
  • Ms Nicole Burns
  • Ms Christine Cody
  • Ms Nicola Findson
  • Ms Tania Flood
  • Ms Linda Holub
  • Ms Penelope Hunter
  • Ms Christine Kannis
  • Ms Roslyn Smidt
  • Dr Leslie Stephan
  • Ms Karen Synon
  • Ms Susan Trotter

All of the appointees are highly qualified to undertake the important task of conducting merits review of government decisions.
